Cancellations

Please note London Bioidentical hormones respectfully requests that you give at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

Payments Policy

All payments for telephone or Skype consultations will be taken three working days in advance over the telephone. (For a Monday appointment, payment will be taken on the Wednesday before). We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.  If you wish to cancel your appointment, please give at least 2 working days notice or the full charge for the appointment will be incurred. Immediately after each consultation, patients will be emailed their invoice. London Bioidentical Hormones trades for Lolavista Limited.
