What We Can Provide for You

Patients who wish to claim can receive:
Itemised invoice with ICD-10 diagnostic codes
Letter of Medical Necessity (where appropriate)
Laboratory or imaging reports (if applicable)
Clinic and physician credentials
Completed insurer claim form (if requested)
These documents are recognised by most insurers for outpatient medical claims.

What Types of Services May Be Eligible

While every policy is different, insurers generally consider reimbursement for medically necessary:

Before You Claim: Check Your Policy

Insurance policies vary considerably. We recommend asking your insurer:

"Does my policy include outpatient cover for out-of-network medical consultations and diagnostic tests?"

If yes, reimbursement is often straightforward.

If not, insurers may still reimburse investigations when a medical diagnosis or clinical indication is present.

How to Claim

Step 1

Attend your consultation and pay the clinic directly.

Step 2

Receive your invoice, receipt and supporting documentation.

Step 3

Submit to your insurer using their online portal or claim form.
Most insurers allow claims to be submitted digitally by app or email. Processing times vary between 7-30 days.

Do I Need Pre-Authorisation?

Some policies require pre-authorisation for certain investigations (especially imaging). If required, we can provide supporting clinical documentation.
