Insurance policies vary considerably. We recommend asking your insurer:
"Does my policy include outpatient cover for out-of-network medical consultations and diagnostic tests?"
If yes, reimbursement is often straightforward.
If not, insurers may still reimburse investigations when a medical diagnosis or clinical indication is present.
Some policies require pre-authorisation for certain investigations (especially imaging). If required, we can provide supporting clinical documentation.
We are not "in network" with insurance companies and do not bill insurers directly. Our fees are set independently and are payable at the time of service.
Claims are submitted by patients to their insurer for reimbursement according to their plan.
