Daisy is an MSc-level educated, registered Nutritional Therapist with specialist interests in autoimmunity, chronic fatigue, thyroid health, hormonal health, fertility, gut health, and environmental illness, including mycotoxin-related conditions. Her methodology combines evidence-based, personalised nutrition with targeted lifestyle recommendations, striving not simply to manage symptoms but to identify and address the root causes of imbalance. Working in close partnership with each patient, Daisy takes the time to understand their unique history, circumstances, and goals, creating fully personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans and offering practical, compassionate support at every step of their journey back to health.
Daisy's path into nutritional therapy began with her own health journey. In her mid-twenties, she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, a debilitating autoimmune condition, and told she would likely become disabled within eight years. Determined to find another way, she discovered first-hand the profound impact that nutrition and lifestyle changes can have on health — an approach that ultimately enabled her to fully manage her condition drug-free. This experience inspired her to complete a master's degree in Personalised Nutrition and to publish research demonstrating the benefits of nutritional interventions on the severity of the very disease she had been diagnosed with.
Daisy qualified at Middlesex University and is registered with both the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
